Software Updates Currently the following licensed scientific software packages are available. A (rather complete) list of available software can be found on the IT pages available on the internal web or via SSGD. Maple Available: Maple14 (Maple13 and before EOL) Where: Cluster (maple Nodes) && appl{1,2,9,10} How: /opt/Maple/maple14/bin/maple ; also in $PATH OS: Linux, also available for Windows and MacOS-X for Desktops and Laptops Mathematica Available: 7.0 Where: Cluster (math Nodes) && appl{1,2,9,10} How: /opt/Wolfram/Mathematica/7.0/Executables/mathematica; also in $PATH OS: Linux, also available for Windows and MacOS-X for Desktops and Laptops Matlab Available: R2009a, R2008a (soon R2010a/b) Where: Cluster (matlab Nodes) && appl{1,2,9,10} How: /opt/Matlab/R2010A/bin/matlab; also in $PATH OS: Linux, also available for Windows and MacOS-X for Desktops and Laptops Toolboxes: Compiler, Fuzzy_Toolbox, Image_Toolbox, Optimization_Toolbox, PDE_Toolbox, SIMULINK, Spline_Toolbox, Statistics_Toolbox Intel Compiler Suite Available: 11.0.084, Fortran + C/C++, Math Kernel Library Where: Cluster (all nodes) && appl{1,2,9,10} How: /opt/intel/Compiler/11.0/084/bin/intel64/icc; also in $PATH OS: Linux Linux Application Server upgrades All central linux application server are now upgraded to the most recent Debian release lenny.
