BMCV Dinner, February 2023
On February 23, 2023, we enjoyed our annual planning meeting and dinner at Kulturbrauerei in the old town of Heidelberg. We had a very nice evening in a convivial atmosphere with excellent food and drinks.
Christian Ritter one of the first to receive the "Dr.-Ing." at Heidelberg University
On January 30, 2023, Christian Ritter received his PhD certificate from the Rector in the "Bel Etage".
As one of the first he received the title "Dr.-Ing." at Heidelberg University, in the recently newly founded Faculty of Engineering.

BMCV retreat, August 2022
On August 9, 2022, we had a retreat in the Neckartal. After hiking by wonderful weather which took us past several old castles, we enjoyed delicious food and some drinks in Neckarsteinach, before we returned back to Heidelberg in the evening.

On March 5, 2020, we enjoyed our annual planning meeting and dinner at Kulturbrauerei in the old town of Heidelberg. We had a very nice evening in a convivial atmosphere with excellent food and drinks.
BMCV goes Hambach Castle, August 2019
On August 14, 2019, we had a hike from Neustadt to the Hambach Castle along the Palatinate Forest. After we had enjoyed the view of the impressive landscape from the castle in wonderful weather, we visited the castle history museum. We also enjoyed delicious food and some drinks in the Andergasser Stubb in Deidesheim before we returned back to Heidelberg in the evening.

On February 18, 2019, we had our annual BMCV Christmas dinner at Kulturbrauerei in the old town of Heidelberg and enjoyed delicious food and some drinks. Before dinner we played some exciting bowling matches at Firebowl Heidelberg.

BMCV at ISBI 2018 in Washington, D.C., April 2018
In April 2018, several members of our group travelled to Washington, D.C., USA to attend the IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI) 2018 and presented their research there.

BMCV Canoe Trip, August 2017
On August 15, 2017, we had a one day canoe trip from Neckarelz to Neckargerach. The weather was on our side and we had lots of fun paddling. After the tour we finished the day with a barbecue and a small soccer match before returning back to Heidelberg in the evening.
