Biological Image Analysis

Segmentation, classification, and tracking of cells in fluorescence microscopy image sequences. High-throughput large-scale RNAi phenotype screens of human cells for cell cycle analysis. Investigation of the influence of genes on mitosis (cell division).

Segmentation of virus infected cells and quantification of the infection level. Analysis of high-throughput RNAi screens for identifying relevant genes and reconstruction of signalling networks.
