As part of the 4EU+ alliance of European universities, the Bioinformatics group at IPMB & BioQuant is organizing a Europe-wide course on Deep Learning applications in Life Sciences (DeepLife). Since February 2024, weekly online lecture present various application areas, including genomics, structural protein bioinformatics and image analysis. The course will end with an on-site Hackathon on 14.06-16.06 at BioQuant and IPMB, during which more than 50 students from 5 european universities (Charles University Prague, University of Warsaw, Sorbonne University in Paris, University of Milan and Heidelberg University) will gather to jointly work on hands-on projects around these topics during this intense week-end!
