Interested in joining the mobile DNA lab?

We welcome applications across the board from all career stages.

We are a computational microbiology lab but we also welcome students, researchers and clinicians without any prior programming experience. If your interests align with the research done in the lab and you are keen on learning programming, get in touch.

We also encourage students and researchers from non-biological sciences background trained in statistics/machine learning, with strong programming skills to get in touch.

Doctoral and postdoctoral researchers

To discuss potential funding avenues/fellowships to host you in the mobile DNA lab write to khedkar(at)bioquant.uni-heidelberg.de with a short description of your research interests, experience, and a CV listing your experimental and/or programming skills.

Bachelor and Master students

We welcome research interns, rotation students and students interested in carrying out their thesis projects in the mobile DNA lab. Apply by sending your CV, academic transcripts, proposed duration of your study, and writing a short paragraph on your research interests to khedkar(at)bioquant.uni-heidelberg.de
