Abstract

The nanoinjector SU-10 provides semi-automated injection of adherent and potentially also other cells. DNA, RNA or protein can be injected to manipulate cells at medium throughput. The SU-10 is mounted at the NIC on an inverted microscope and can be used for experiments from this Oktober onward.
